Encurio began in 2010 with a simple but powerful idea: do tax and accounting differently.

After years at Deloitte and top regional firms, our founder Tiffany Vaught realized something was missing. The work was technically solid, but it wasn’t built for people—especially not for founders navigating real risk and complexity. There was no room for strategy, education, or long-term thinking. Just deadlines and deliverables.

Tiffany knew the difference a great advisor can make. After owning multiple businesses herself, she understood the pressure of making important decisions without the right support. She set out to build a firm that could change that—one designed to offer clarity, not confusion.
